Transition from Waterfall
Traditional phase gate work management processes ("waterfall") involve separate functional teams that complete one development phase before the work is moved into the next phase. You may consider transitioning part or all of your organization from waterfall to Lean-Kanban to achieve better visibility, agility, and throughput. One advantage of Lean-Kanban is that it can be implemented gradually ,without a major shift in roles and activities.
